OMOMO Fursuits After-Sales Repair & Maintenance Policy

We appreciate your choice in OMOMO Fursuits. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our after-sales repair and maintenance services.

1. Scope of Service
Due to logistical constraints, our after-sales services are currently available only to customers within Europe and the United States. We provide complimentary repairs for items damaged during shipping that impair functionality, provided a repair claim is initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

2. Eligibility for Repairs
We offer repair services for items that arrive damaged or with defects affecting normal use. Each case will be individually evaluated. Please note that minor craftsmanship variations inherent to handmade products (as disclosed prior to purchase) are not covered under warranty. However, we remain committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

3. Return Procedure
Upon approval of your return request, the item must be shipped back to us within 24 hours. All returns must include original tags, packaging, and accessories.

4. Fees, Costs & Timeframes
For items damaged in transit: Complimentary repairs and return shipping.
Estimated transit time: 15 days each way (not guaranteed).
For damage occurring during use within 3 months or cleaning services: Complimentary repairs with customer responsible for all shipping costs.
Expedited repair options are available upon request via email.

5. Customs & Additional Charges
Customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with return shipments. Repaired items will be returned to the original order address. Any reshipment required due to customer-provided incorrect addresses or failure to receive packages will incur additional shipping charges at customer's expense. OMOMO Fursuits is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

6. Repair Process
  1. Initiate Claim: Select "Request Repair" indicating reason for claim
  2. Review: We will review within 24 hours
  3. Documentation: Provide order number/email upon approval
  4. Shipping: Use provided label and upload tracking number
  5. Verification: Retain USPS receipt as proof of shipment
  6. Completion: Repaired item will be shipped with tracking information
