If the commissioner is unable to collect the completed suit in person, all shipping arrangements and associated costs shall be the responsibility of the commissioner.

Once a package has been shipped, OMOMO Fursuits is no longer liable for its delivery status or condition.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses, including any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during international transit.

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is a cost-effective alternative with reduced fees. Please note that tracking updates may be limited or delayed, and transit times are generally longer.

OMOMO Fursuits assumes no liability for packages lost or damaged when using Standard Shipping. By selecting this method, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with limited tracking and potential delays or loss.

For faster and more secure delivery, we highly recommend Express Shipping, which provides comprehensive tracking and shorter transit times.

If the buyer fails to pay shipping costs or provide a valid shipping address within 1 month of final payment, a storage fee may be applied. The amount will vary based on the size of the commission and duration of storage.

If no payment or communication is received for more than 1 month, the total project cost may be subject to adjustment due to changes in material costs, labor rates, or other economic factors.

Commissions left unpaid and without communication for more than 2 months will be considered abandoned. All previous payments will be forfeited, and the project may be repurposed or cancelled without further notice.

Should reshipment be necessary due to customer error or failure to receive the package, all resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

OMOMO Fursuits is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Complimentary gifts are provided at random. Variations may occur between expected and actual gifts, and no compensation will be offered for such discrepancies.
