All works created by our studio are officially produced under the brand "OMOMO Fursuits."

To commence a commission, the client must provide a comprehensive reference sheet or sufficient visual material depicting the fursona.

Clear and consistent communication is required to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of each project.

Our studio maintains a pet-free environment and implements measures to limit animal contact with materials. However, we cannot guarantee a completely sterile workspace, nor can we assure that these conditions will persist indefinitely. Clients with severe allergies are advised to contact us prior to commissioning.

We retain the right to refuse any commission at our sole discretion.

Should a client exhibit unreasonable conduct or fail to cooperate, we reserve the right to terminate the project and issue a partial refund based on work completed.

The client must submit the initial payment within 3 business days of commission acceptance. Failure to do so may result in the slot being reassigned.

A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to initiate production, covering material and labor costs.

The remaining balance of 40% must be paid in full prior to shipment. No exceptions will be made.

For partial commissions (e.g., hand paws, bodysuits, or foot paws), full payment is required before work begins.

We accept payments via credit card or PayPal.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to commission our services. Minors aged 16 or 17 may commission work only with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall assume all responsibilities related to communication and payment.

For commissions exceeding $1,500 USD, we offer structured payment plans tailored to the client’s financial capacity.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect payment capability. Clients must notify us promptly to discuss feasible adjustments.

Alternatively, an invoice for the full amount may be provided, permitting flexible monthly payments subject to a minimum monthly obligation.

Payment plans must not exceed a six-month duration. Missing two consecutive payments will incur a 30% late fee per delinquent month, payable before work resumes.

Requests for design alterations may result in additional charges.

Substantive changes made during critical phases of construction may lead to project cancellation without eligibility for a refund.

Cancellations are permitted only prior to material acquisition. No refunds will be issued once materials have been procured.

If cancellation occurs before materials are ordered, a 70% refund of the deposit will be granted without exception.

A visual measurement guide is provided to assist clients in submitting accurate dimensions.

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of their measurements. While we review measurements for plausibility, we are not liable for errors attributable to client negligence.

All products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Free repairs are offered within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. After this period, repairs for verified manufacturing flaws will still be performed at no cost.

For issues arising from improper use, the first repair will be complimentary (subject to damage assessment). Subsequent repairs may incur material and labor fees.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty repairs.

Minor shedding is normal and can be remedied with gentle brushing.

As handmade products, minor imperfections such as stitching variations, wrinkles, or slight asymmetries may occur and are not considered defects. These characteristics are inherent to custom artistic production.

Rapid shipping may occasionally cause temporary deformations (e.g., in headpieces). These can often be restored with light heating or reshaping.

To ensure safe transit, products are securely packaged. Nevertheless, prolonged shipping in variable temperatures may occasionally affect adhesives. A basic repair kit is included for minor adjustments.

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above. If these terms are not acceptable, we advise refraining from purchasing our services.
